Are you processing orders?

Yes, Cellular Outfitters is still continuing to process and ship out orders from our warehouse. However, because we have to put the safety and health of our staff and customers first there have been some changes, like limiting the amount of staff we have in the warehouse at one time, and ensuring that social distancing is still being maintained. We have provided our team with essential safety protections like masks and gloves and frequent sanitizing breaks to name a few, all while following the federal, state and local guidelines.

How long will it take to ship out my order?

With the current safety protocols in place and limited staff on site at one time, processing times may be longer than usual, generally orders are processed and shipped out within 5-10 business days of placing the orders. Please note in order to allow our staff time to be with their families and handle any restock on supplies, we are currently not shipping orders on weekends. 

Can I pay extra to get it to me faster?

Cellular Outfitter utilizes the USPS for deliveries and offers 2 shipping methods.

Standard Shipping                            Transit Time 3-6 Business Days

USPS Priority Shipping                     Transit Time 2-4 Business Days
*selecting Priority shipping does not guarantee faster processing time

International shipping                         Transit time 7-21 Business days

Please note the “Transit Time” begins once your order has left our warehouse.

Are you accepting Returns?

As a family owned business, in order to protect our Customers and Staff, effective immediately, all returns and exchanges have been suspended until 6/01/20 (tentative date). The return policy will be adjusted to reflect the closure and 90 days will be waived from the request receipt date for impacted purchases prior and during the suspension period. Exception: Clearance/Final Sale items and non returnable items.
