Transit and Delivery Delays
Our main shipping carriers are UPS Mail Innovations and The United States Postal Service. Both shipping carriers are experiencing COVID-19 related delays. We are doing our best to accurately predict arrivals, but some delays are to be expected. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.
If your tracking has stalled or is delayed, please continue to monitor your orders shipping page for daily updates. Unfortunately, we do not get more information about tracking than you receive via the tracking link we provide in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2 weeks before contacting our support team for help with a delayed order.
Please rest assure that if the package does not get to you we can replace it with an expedited package.
We are doing everything we can during these times to get your package to you as quickly as possible.

Are you processing orders?
Yes, Cellular Outfitters is still continuing to process and ship out orders from our warehouse. However, because we have to put the safety and health of our staff and customers first there have been some changes, like limiting the amount of staff we have in the warehouse at one time, and ensuring that social distancing is still being maintained. We have provided our team with essential safety protections like masks and gloves and frequent sanitizing breaks to name a few, all while following the federal, state and local guidelines.
As of June 24th 2020 we are fulfilling order withing 1-3 business days.
Are you accepting Returns?
Cellular Outfitter has begin receiving returns, any order received between 3/1/2020 and 6/9/20 will have 90 days from June 10, 2020 to request a return. Effective June 10, 2020 the 90 for return will begin from date of receipt. Exception: Clearance/Final Sale items and non returnable items.
