How to Return an Item
As a family owned business, in order to protect our Customers and Team Members , effective immediately, all returns and exchanges will be suspended between 3/26/20 to 4/16/20. The return policy will be adjusted to reflect his closure and the 90 days will be waived from the receipt date for impacted purchases prior and during suspension period. Exception: Clearance/Final Sale items and non returnable items. 1Request an RMAGo to this page to start your return request. Provide as much information on your request as possible, picture are always a plus. Please allow 24-48 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved.
2Pack your returnOnce your RMA is approved you will receive an e-mail with a packing slip to print. Please include that slip in the envelope or box along with the return
3Ship it outPlease make sure to follow instruction on where to return the items. Once we receive your return, it will take 5-7 business days for our team to process your return. **Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.***
Orders returned without RMA are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Within 30 days items may be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. Return requests that are from within 31-90 days may be returned for either an exchange or store credit.
For defective or damaged items a photo of the problem along with a description of the issue will help your return process go faster. Otherwise, our returns team will contact you to request that information.
**Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.** Not Responsible for Return to Sender packages, which can take up to 60 days to receive. Returns cannot be processed until the package is received or return tracking provided showing return delivered.

If you experience any defect or issues with an item that isn’t returnable, please contact our customer support team so we can help!
For any items with an existing defect or damage upon arrival, you must attach a description of the issue, as well as photos of any reported damage on the item. Failure to attach this to your RMA request could result in a delay in the return process as our team will contact you for that information prior to approval.
Once your item returns to our warehouse it can take between 5-7 business days for our return team to process your RMA. Below are the time frames for when you can expect to see the return completed depending on what you chose:
Return: When you receive the e-mail confirming your return is complete, we have processed. your refund. It may take 2-5 business day for the refund to process and show on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchange: Once we complete your exchange you will receive an e-mail with your shipment and tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours after shipment notification is sent to see your estimated delivery date on the tracking link.
Credit: Store credits are immediately available upon receipt of return completion e-mail, you will receive instructions in the e-mail on how to redeem your credit.
